Housing crisis? Diversity is one answer

Is the UK housebuilding sector ready for a drastic change? Reforms to delivery and ownership models will likely decrease volatility and a cross-party consensus on the need to increase housebuilding must surely provide confidence in the long-term outlook for the sector.

Challenges ahead in the housebuilder sector?

The most recent MARKIT PMI survey of purchasing managers suggests a softening of confidence in the construction sector. However, my personal view is that if there is any area for confidence in the current volatile political environment, it’s the provision of new housing.

2017 As I see it

That target of a million new homes by 2020. Is it feasible? And what does the simple fact of its existence mean for the housebuilding industry in the UK? Look out for a change in direction and prepare for a very busy year is the way I’m thinking at the start of 2017.

Many people are well versed in the virtues of Facebook in their everyday life and regularly share, like and follow new content and brand pages. As time goes on, more and more people are using Facebook as a tool for business. There is a lot of expectation for companies to be on social media and they are often trusted more than those that are not.
