Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Service Delivery to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement high standards for service processes and procedures, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will support the Commercial Director in driving commercial growth, managing customer engagements, and shaping our service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Proactive Issue Resolution: Anticipate and address potential service issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Team Leadership: Guide and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Efficiency Improvement: Identify and eliminate waste in service delivery processes, driving efficiency and productivity.
- Order Processing: Oversee the processing of customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a relevant field.
- Extensive management experience in a similar role.
- Certifications in Management (e.g., ILM, CMI) and Project Management (e.g., PRINCE2) are advantageous.
- Proven ability to inspire and lead a customer service team.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
