Job Title:              Senior Business Partner/Head of HR, Permanent, Full-Time

Location:              Borough Green, although Pollington would be considered. 
  Regular attendance for first 6months whilst building HR brand and getting team developed

Report to:             Human Resources Director

Main Purpose of Job:

  • Be part of the Senior Management Team
  • Work with HRD to define, scope and implement HR fundamentals 
  • Grading structure
  • Salary and comp benchmarking 
  • Competency Framework 
  • Org design
  • Gap analysis work 
  • DE&I 
  • Coach and develop SHRA and HRA
  • Develop competency of Senior Management in HR Fundamentals and Best Practice
  • Write and deliver People Management Fundamentals training
  • Write and deliver training calendar 
  • Be accountable for the development, accuracy and capability of HR data 
  • Build RACI for each HR process 
  • Build HR calendar scaffolded by training calendar 
  • Begin design of 2023 people plan to embed and develop HR fundamentals into best practice 
  • Develop DE&I strategy for UK 
  • Support the development, implementation and training required for Performance Management 
  • Increase ER Management competency 
  • Design reporting for HR development at
  • Proactively review the organization, identify opportunities for improvement and development 
  • Write ongoing ‘top up’ training modules and train management to self-deliver 
  • Identify ‘champions’ across management to deliver training
  • Identify business improvement opportunities and initiatives
  • Provide coaching and feedback across management team
  • Own and deliver HR projects
  • Onboarding
  • HR Management System 
  • Talent reviews 
  • HR calendar cycle (appraisals, mid year review)
  • Support and scaffold Development Action Plans for all Management
