H+H UK is a market leader in aircrete products and systems for the construction industry. We are looking for a talented, ambitious, and entrepreneurial executive to join our senior management team and lead our private housebuilders' journey. You will report directly to the Head of Private House building.

Job Role:

As the Region Account Manager for private housebuilders, you will be responsible for:

  • Working as part of the Sales Team developing and implementing the sales and marketing strategy for the private housebuilders segment, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives and vision.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the private housebuilding sector, including developers, contractors, architects, engineers, and consultants.

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and driving growth in existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Monitoring and analysing market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, and providing feedback and recommendations.

  • Representing H+H UK at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and media platforms, enhancing our brand awareness and reputation.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a sales role, as an external representative in the construction or building materials industry.

  • Proven track record of delivering results and achieving targets in a competitive and demanding environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Sound commercial acumen, with the ability to understand business dynamics.

  • Established standing in the private housebuilding sector, with a network of contacts and relationships, preferred.

  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel and spend some nights away from home if and when required.
