We are looking for a talented, ambitious, and entrepreneurial executive to join our senior management team and lead our private housebuilders' journey. You will report directly to the Head of Private House building.
As the Region Account Manager for private housebuilders, you will be responsible for:
Working as part of the Sales Team developing and implementing the sales and marketing strategy for the private housebuilders segment, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives and vision.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the private housebuilding sector, including developers, contractors, architects, engineers, and consultants.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and driving growth in existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitoring and analysing market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, and providing feedback and recommendations.
Representing H+H UK at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and media platforms, enhancing our brand awareness and reputation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Previous experience in a sales role, as an external representative in the construction or building materials industry.
Proven track record of delivering results and achieving targets in a competitive and demanding environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with internal and external stakeholders.
Sound commercial acumen, with the ability to understand business dynamics.
Established standing in the private housebuilding sector, with a network of contacts and relationships, preferred.
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel and spend some nights away from home if and when required.
