Celcon Blocks Solar Grade

Solar Grade is H+H’s most thermally efficient thermal block. With a superior thermal conductivity of 0.11 W/mK, Solar Grade blocks are principally used where enhanced thermal performance is required. These thermal blocks easily meet Part L of the building regulations and the Future Homes Standard requirements. 


Thermal blocks are used for building cavity walls, solid walls and partition walls and are suitable for two storey buildings. Thermal blocks can also be used in foundation construction, below DPC. 


Solar Grade Blocks are available in thicknesses from 100mm to 215mm. They offer the same benefits as the other blocks in the Celcon range such as resistance to fire and are third party accredited under BBA. Solar Grade Blocks are certified for use in the applications listed.
