H+H Sponsors Affordable Housing Event

Entries were received from landlords and their partners from all over the UK, covering a total of 8,059 homes – an increase of more than 2,000 on last year. These figures demonstrate the positive impact that social landlords are having on the quality of homes and local economies up and down the country.

John Churchett, head of social housing and construction at H+H said: “The top 50 list showcases the best the affordable housing sector has to offer and H+H is delighted to be involved with it. We work with many of the organisations featured to help deliver fantastic developments and we hope the top 50 will inspire all in the sector to continue to strive for excellence.”

The final top 50 projects range from regeneration, specialist, small, large and sustainable developments. Judges selected the top 50 projects which, it was felt, best embodied the highest standards for affordable developments in the UK. The process was no easy task and every organisation in the list can be rightly proud of the homes they built.

H+H has a number of affordable housing case studies available online.
