H+H has a long history of supplying regional and national housebuilders. Having this wealth of experience means we can offer new housebuilders a well-oiled and extensive support network, working with them to develop solutions that are most appropriate to their needs.
Using H+H products and services adds value at every stage of the construction process. Building with our Celcon Blocks means housebuilders are constructing thermally efficient homes that meet building regulations and required U-values. H+H also tend to be able to deliver a lot more product on one load that other block manufacturers due to the light weight of our Celcon Blocks.
We offer regular site visits, providing technical support as little or as often as needed, with our expert technical team always on hand to offer advice. Our account teams and customer service team are also there to further support our housebuilder partners.
We recently visited regional housebuilder Northstone at one of its sites in Ellesmere Port. Glisk is a 218-unit site and is in its early stages with the first show homes due to open in September 2022. H+H Celcon Foundation Blocks and H+H Celcon Standard Grade Blocks were specified for the development.
Glisk Site Manager, Paul Morris said: “Northstone is a new housebuilder that’s growing rapidly. I joined them in October when they had two live sites, now, in July, there are five.
“On this site [Glisk] we’re at the very beginning, but I’m confident that the technical support from H+H will be there, if we need it, further down the line.”
H+H is ready to offer housebuilders like Northstone a plethora of support, from a supply allocation to help planning build schedules to on-the-ground technical support.
H+H Private Housing Key Account Manager, Matthew Compton is looking forward to working more closely with Northstone, saying: “They are relatively new to housebuilding and growing fast. Northstone tend to do things a little differently, but in a good way. They already build above specification on most sites and using aircrete helps them achieve that.
“Over the last few years, we’ve been building a great relationship with Northstone and would like to support them as they grow and expand as a housebuilder.”
